Yes. Your flight is tracked from takeoff. In case of early arrival or delay, the check-in time will be automatically adjusted without any action required from you. You are entitled to 60 minutes of free waiting time, calculated from the actual landing time, not the time indicated on your ticket.

Yes. Cash payment directly to the driver is accepted, as well as online card payment via Stripe and SumUp. A deposit of 20% may be requested for pickups between 10 and 49 km from Nice. Full prepayment is required for pickups over 50 km.

Cancellation is free up to 4 hours before pickup for a standard transfer. After this time, the full fare is due. During major events (Cannes Film Festival, Monaco Grand Prix, MIPIM), a 24-hour cancellation notice applies.
