Esclans Castle is open 7 days a week (high season 10am–7pm; low season Mon–Thurs 10am–6pm). Berne Castle is open every day. We confirm availability and make reservations when you book your tour.

Acquired in 2006 by Sacha Lichine, son of the legendary Alexis Lichine, and developed with the consultant Patrick Léon (formerly Mouton Rothschild), he revolutionized the global rosé market. His flagship vintage Garrus — produced from century-old Grenache vines using biodynamic methods — is the absolute benchmark for premium rosé and sells for up to €200 a bottle. Cellar tours and Guided tasting of 7 vintages Whispering Angel, Rock Angel, Les Clans, Château d'Esclans, Garrus and new creations.

We cross the Var hills covered with vines and olive trees to reach Château de Berne in Lorgues.

Lunch at The Terrace of Bern Castle — The estate's lunch restaurant, open daily. Views of the vineyards and the Var hills from a shaded terrace. Seasonal Mediterranean cuisine paired with the estate's rosé wines. Garden of Bern (starred gastronomic) is only open in the evening — La Terrasse is the lunch version, already of a very high standard.
The gourmet restaurant The Garden of Bern (Michelin-starred) is open exclusively in the evening. For a private dinner to complement this tour, we can book and extend the day — please mention this in the notes.

After lunch, we set off to explore the Bern Castle — one of the most comprehensive estates in Provence. With its 160 hectares of vineyards, impressive cellars, luxury hotel, and Michelin-starred restaurant, it embodies the Provençal art of living in all its splendor. The vineyard tour by golf cart, the discovery of the cellars, and the tasting of Côtes de Provence — white, rosé and red wines — ideally complement a morning spent at Esclans.
