THE Bruno's Restaurant in Lorgues is a Provençal gastronomic institution unique in France. Clément Bruno has made this place the world temple of the black truffle of Périgord - there Tuber melanosporum. Since the 1970s, it has welcomed a loyal international clientele (Michelin-starred chefs, royalty, film stars) to an authentic Provençal setting steeped in history. The truffle menus, starting at €89, offer a rare gastronomic experience where each dish is generously infused with truffles.
